I have been cooking since I was sixteen years old. After 6 years in the restaurant business, I got sick of it. Too much stress, too little reward. However, I love cooking, and have chosen to pursue it more in the context of enjoying good company. I was fortunate enough to dine at some of the finest restaurants in Manhattan. Knowing what is possible with food, and loving just about all of it, I have consistently tried to improve my culinary skills, dishes, and overall enjoyment of how food affects life.
